*GROUP HUG!!*
As you are aware I have been non-communicado girl for just on a month. Now my excuse was I felt I didn't really have anything to say... But the truth was I had so much and didn't know where to start or where it would end. Seems contemplating one's navel comes at a heavy price.
Over the Christmas weeks there were many distractions, The shop front was doing well no doubts about that. The Anniversary of my Brothers passing was a-ok, (20th December, 1998)
Friends and Family congregated in my new place, much laughter, much love, much drunkeness *pokes Jean & Toby* New Years was pretty much the same, ('cept for the drunk part.. learnt my lesson lol) great friends, great company, great memories.
It was all good.. lovely even.. yet.. there was something coming...
The energy of this New Year has brought with it a relief to some to others a feeling of trepidation. We werent to sure how long this happy vibe was going to last were we?
With the current events of Qld, Northern NSW and now Victoria coping the 'big wet' people are feeling the pinch once again.
But truly how significant is the current floods on an energy level??.. It is said that water in dreams represent emotions. Native Americans honour the rains knowing it brings with it a cleansing, not only on a physical level, but also an emotional and psychological level.
This has all been long overdue. The emotional and psychological build up of the previous year has left many of us feeling jaded, negative and down right scared to be happy again.. like one friend said to me recently "I don't get happy about things because then something always happens to take it away" Sound familiar?
If you look back on my previous blogs you will begin to see a pattern form..
The energy of 2010 was about being where you needed to be and with whom you needed to be with. We learnt that lesson didn't we? Many moved, many separated, many changed careers and many changed lifestyles.
Now this is the kicker. The energy of 2011 is about building a new foundation for your life. If your not where you need to be yet.. make plans, take action, and do it. If your not with whom you need to be with.. make plans, take action and do it. Building a foundation for your life is like starting back with a clean slate. For some it has been easy to get that slate clean, others, not so much. But we have all had the push to do it.
Now with that "do over" energy that is 2011 there comes a high price. Again, like many times before it all comes down to choice. If your happy living your life the way you are right now, today more power to you If not, NOW is the time to get started.
Do Over.
That truly is the energy of 2011. Let go of the past, start a new Do Over. Lay those foundations,work out what you truly want to be doing with your life why you are here and begin to take steps to build on that foundation. You will be more driven this year then years that have passed.
That burning desire to be who you need to be and do what you need to do will allow you to focus on the future rather then on the past. Build on that foundation. Plan, make to-do lists, create vision and abundance boards whatever it takes to harness the 2011 energy into your life do it.
Now is the best time
